Following the successful conversion of the Woolpack Public House in Dobcross into a family home along with four holiday let apartments, two further sites have now been developed and opened in early 2023.
The first site is in Delph Village and comprises of 6 properties providing a choice of one, two, or three bedrooms.
The second site is a converted church in Dobcross village centre and again there are six properties of two, three or four bedroom configurations.
All of the properties are fully furnished and self contained with cooking facilities, living areas, contemporary bathrooms, TV, and Wifi.
We welcome longer term rentals for any reason but feel that the properties would be of particular interest for those seeking temporary accommodation whilst for example
- Awaiting completion of a new property
- Awaiting insurance repairs for fire, flood or any other damage
- Having an extension built
